Publishers Clearing House (PCH) is a leading direct-to-consumer company offering free-to-play sweepstakes and games across a network of web and app-based entertainment properties. As a video producer, editor, and motion graphic designer, I have created a total of 2500+ videos for them, working on more than 400 projects per year between 2017 and 2021.

Every Friday PCH will highlight one of its winners from the past week. The concept and graphics were created to emphasize that PCH awards many smaller prizes, not just the million-dollar checks, and to highlight that PCH has winners all across America.

MOTIVATION ACROSS THE NATION

In early 2020 PCH launched new efforts to reach their target audience "The American Heartland" - 40+ people from the heartland of America, residing in ex-urban or rural areas, upholding traditional faith-based and patriotic values, passionate about sports, and exploring the great American outdoors. This was the first video ad campaign designed to directly appeal to this audience and received top engagement on Instagram

WEEKLY TO-DO LIST

On Mondays, PCH fans get to hear about three exciting new opportunities to win with "To-Do List." The segment was created to drive site traffic and generated above-average session and reach volume.

PRIZE PATROL FACETIME

What's the message you absolutely don't want to miss? To hear the latest opportunity to win. In a series of selfie videos, the Prize Patrol addressed fans directly using an intro graphic replicating a video call and an end screen with the promotion. Ever since they were first launched in 2019 these videos remained PCH's top selfie video concept to promote the SuperPrize.
